FOOD! Baked Pears, Black eyed Susan's

I had some left over pears that were going to die so I made these:
BAKED PEARS
Peel and slice pears into ramekins, brush with melted butter, sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon,
 bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes. They were delicious. I bought some more pears!

Here is the recipe for one of my favorite cookies:
 
BROWN EYED SUSAN"S            Carol Cramer  

Makes 3 ½ -4 doz. small cookies

1 Large box Junior mints (set aside)
Mix:
¾ cup butter
½ cup sugar
1 egg
1 tea. vanilla
¼ tea. salt
1 ¾ cup sifted flour

Shape into 1” balls. Flatten with a junior mint.
Bake at 400 ° for 8-10 min.
