Every year at this time Gary attends the SEMA show (after-market car parts, etc) with his brothers/sons/cousins/friends-this year it's Gary, Elvin, Gordon and Cameron-Gary always says "This is going to be the best SEMA show ever". And then we all quote him all week.
We got into town Friday night and went to In and Out for a shake (tradition) then got in Tammy and Gord's new hot tub.

Sunday Oct. 30
Gordon and Tammy's church was really good. Great talks about the basics, eating dinner together, scriptures, prayers, FHE, and a reminder to make a to be list, not just a to do list. Sunday School focused on the attributes of Christ that we should strive for found in Philippians, unity, no pride, no anger, no selfishness, no complaining, willing, cheerful, grateful. Chapter 4v.6 says something like don't worry or have lack of faith be prayerful, thankful, thoughtful.
We had more BBQ-Steak, Chicken and Brats. Then we headed over to Elv and Andreas for popcorn and games. I won Wacky Six by more than double the next the next person and I have the score sheet to prove it-Best SEMA show ever!
Monday Oct 31 Halloween day
We called around last night to find a crab buffet for tonight but no luck. We did find a half price deal at the Rio so we decided to go there. I have to admit Tammy and I might have screamed and done a little happy dance when we saw crab on someones plate as we walked in!!!!
